چکیده
A tachyon field having a negative squared-masses −mt can be described in terms of infinitely degenerate massless fields. The degeneracy can be described as a gauge freedom. This picture for tachyons does not contradict causality. It is seen that the tachyons can be quenched in the Lorentz gauge, and the effects can be represented by the gauge factor. The accelerated expansion of the Universe and the dark energies are interpreted in terms of the gauge factor. PACS: 95.30.Cq, 95.35.+d, 11.15.-q, 14.80.Mz

A tachyon field having a negative squared-mass −mt can be described in terms of massless fields degenerating infinitely with respect to helicities. This picture for tachyons does not contradict causality. It is seen that the tachyon vector field can be quenched from the interactions with matter fields, and the effects can be represented by a phase factor. The accelerated expansion of the univer...

A new class of exact solutions of Einstein’s field equations with a perfect fluid source, variable gravitational coupling G and cosmological term Λ for FRW spacetime is obtained by considering variable deceleration parameter models for the universe. The nature of the variables G(t), Λ(t) and the energy density ρ(t) have been examined for three cases : (i) exponential (ii) polynomial and (iii) s...

Considering the quintom model with arbitrary potential, it is shown that there always exists a solution which evolves from ω > −1 region to ω < −1 region. The problem is restricted to the slowly varying potentials, i.e. the slow-roll approximation. The perturbative solutions of the fields are also obtained.
